I have a confession to make.
Sometimes when I’m not able to get to town to buy Earl Grey I just buy regular Lipton’s loose leaf tea and add lemon juice to the pot when I’m making it. I call that White Trash Earl Grey. I liken it to putting duct tape on an automobile and calling it white trash chrome.

Followed by several more inches of snow tomorrow and into Wednesday morning. I am well stocked with Earl Grey and I’ve made a large pot of potato soup. Bring it, bitch.
