According to the IRS, there are 9 states with no state income tax.

Alaska, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wyoming.

I would probably never live in Florida or Texas and South Dakota is doubtful, however, the rest of the list intrigues me.
